Dancers Ltd

Dancers Limited is a traditional family business which was started in 1880 by John Dancer and is now owned and managed by his Great Grandson, Michael Dancer, assisted by his son David and sister Janet.

During the 20th century, Dancers moved away from boot making which was its original trade into selling Menswear, Ladies Clothing, accessories and providing school-wear. The shop has an extensive school-wear product range and that, coupled with a reputation for service and excellent knowledge of the trade, makes it the must-go-to choice for all your school clothing needs. In addition, the shop has a well-renowned hire department for those special occasions.

MICHAEL DANCER

Dancers of Halesowen is my favourite clothes outlet in the Midlands and the wider world.

I have shopped at the store for nearly 50 years and it is one of the few constants in a changing Town Centre. The range of quality and affordable menswear and accessories, is matched by helpful and attentive staff who make parting with hard-earned cash a pleasure rather than a burden.

CUSTOMER REVIEW

“Halesowen is lucky to have such a wonderful shop. Quality old fashioned customer service from start to finish. They even opened up early for me today so I could collect my suit and get to work on time. Really good choice of clothing & keen prices.

A real gem of a store and you can see why they’ve been there so long.

CUSTOMER REVIEW
